Ever wonder how great CAL’s programs really are? CAL’s program on research, held Saturday, January 18, received rave reviews, including these:

Now it’s time to gear up for “From Printed Page To Silver Screen,” the next in CAL’s series of programs to start 2014. It will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 in the Snowy Peaks Room at Front Range Community College in Westminster.

Art ThomasThis session promises to be just as interesting and informative as “Research: The Foundation of Every Writer’s House.” It features the expertise of independent producer Art Thomas, owner of Denver’s Main Man Films and an instructor at the University of Denver, OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMetropolitan State University of Denver and the Colorado Film School, and award-winning Boulder screenwriter Bruce Leaf. They have an exciting, interactive program planned that will help participants relate their books to the specific lessons and examples discussed during the presentation.

Register now for this interesting and innovative program – the cost is $20 for Colorado Authors’ League members, and $25 for non-members.
