Announcing The Art Of The Personal Essay, A One-Day Luncheon Seminar with Page Lambert

4 photo bannerThe personal essay strives for the same outcome as good fiction – engaging storytelling.  What motivates the narrative nonfiction writer is often what motivates the novelist.  During this one-day luncheon seminar, we’ll look at narrative tension, the use of detail to evoke atmosphere and symbolism, and the use of historical context to enrich our stories.  
WHEN: August 29, 2015, 8:30-4:00.  
WHERE:  Mount Vernon Country Club, Golden, Colorado (25 minutes from downtown Denver).  
COST: $95 early registration (before 8/17/15). $110 late registration (8/17/15 or later).  
INCLUDES: Morning coffee, tea, pastries and fruit; catered luncheon and afternoon beverages. Appropriate for narrative nonfiction, memoir, and helpful for fiction.
