Jerry S. Drake is a semi-retired creator of film and video non-theatrical productions. He is a native Missourian and English-major graduate of Drury College (University) in Springfield, Missouri. In his career, he has written, directed and edited more than 2,000 film, video, and audio-visual productions for advertising, educational, corporate and industrial clients. Turning to fiction in retirement, in addition to his four western novels published by a venerable New York publishing firm, Jerry has published two action-adventure novels, Southbound and Schooner. He recently completed a new novel, Treasure Canyon, an original western story with a few characters and the treasure-hunt premise “borrowed” from Robert Lewis Stevenson’s Treasure Island.
