Book Reading with Bronwyn Long Borne

Posted on May 18, 2017 | in Member News | by

Poetry of Days, the second book in Bronwyn Long’s science fiction/fantasy Shalemar Trilogy, will have a book reading and signing at the Tattered Cover at Aspen Grove on Monday, June 12, at 7:00 pm. The Shalemar Trilogy, written under Bronwyn’s pen name, Rohret Buchner, tells the tale of a modern college student who joins her father on a research trip to Antarctica, falls through the ice, and enters the hidden world of Shalemar, where her coming has been foretold for 500 years. How will Shara Kennington’s 21st century values fit with Shalemar’s traditional culture? Set in a land where the sun rises and sets only once each year, Poetry of Days is a hopeful tale of love and redemption, and the continuing story of the transformation of a reluctant heroine into a warrior queen. Look for Poetry of Days at Tattered Cover, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble.
