Bio:
I am an award-winning cookbook author and have self-published 2 cookbooks. “If you can read you can cook” is what my mother taught us and I have always gone by that motto. My cookbooks are easy yet provide beautiful food with a variety of flavors, textures and colors. Eclectic Entertaining – 15 Complete Dinner Party Menus for Busy People Who Like to Cook,  won 2 awards from CIPA in 2014 and caters to the person with limited time by even providing grocery lists. Eclectic Entertaining – Small Plates & Dainty Desserts, was released in November of 2016 and is ideal for those who love variety. It is literally Cooking 101 as it contains 101 recipes and a photo for each one, making life so much simpler!

Bio:
Holly Arnold Kinney-Colorado author of a young reader’s book: Sissy Bear at The Fort, 2016. A charming and true story of the author’s pet bear who lived at the famous Colorado landmark,The Fort restaurant from 1963-1982. Original photographs and beautifully illustrated by Christine Wald. Hardback.

Ms. Kinney also wrote the award-winning cookbook: Shinin’ Times at The Fort  (2010),and re-published her father Sam Arnold’s 10 week PBS TV show on DVD’s  and companion cookbook Frying Pans West (2011). All three books are published by Fur Trade Press, LLC., Ms. Kinney’s publishing company.  Ms Kinney is also the proprietress of the Fort restaurant and Executive Director of the Tesoro Cultural Center.

Bio:
Michele Morris is the chef and owner of Cooking with Michele®, where she offers private cooking lessons for both adults and children, leads cooking dinner parties, teaches food and wine pairing, leads food and wine tours in Italy, and publishes both a food and travel blog. Michele dedicates much of her time to several philanthropic endeavors in the food community. She teaches healthy cooking and nutrition to families on limited budgets for Cooking Matters Colorado, she helps prepare nutritious meals to improve quality of life for clients of Project Angel Heart who are coping with life-threatening illness, she teaches basic kitchen skills to disadvantaged women at Work Options for Women to help them gain employment in a commercial kitchen, she teaches cooking classes to school children across the front range as part of Slow Food Denver’s Seed to Table Alliance for school gardens, and she is a participating home gardener for Produce for Pantries.
