Biography


Currently a university professor, author, speaker, and education consultant.

Founder of Lead Smart Education, LLC, an education firm dedicated to teaching, researching, and spreading the word on the importance of serving all children at their ability level at home and in schools. 

As an educator for over 20 years, Dr. Small’s leadership experiences reach beyond schools and into communities through the mentoring and teaching of future school leaders.

Enjoys writing any genre: fiction, non-fiction, curriculum, biography, children & adult
