Biography



Historian and author. Enjoys historical research and writing about the Indo-Hispano history of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico.

Focus covers the critical years of 1855 to 1875 that led to the establishment of Colorado Territory.

Research has taken the author to archives, museums, libraries, heritage centers in New Mexico and Colorado, and the NARA centers in DC and Maryland.

Transcribes and translates Spanish documents and conducts a genealogy of the families.Enjoys presenting research to share the unknown Indo-Hispano history of Colorado. Currently writing a manuscript about the vast private collection of documents to tell the interesting history of La Cebolla Valley in northern New Mexico.
